This wonderful traditional inn served excellent Japanese food, especially the fresh, grilled seafood that was a highlight. the location was serene, surrounded by forest and with great views of the bay. the pick-up service from the nearest train station was convenient. It was great to relax in the public bath and enjoy the outdoor basin after a long day of exploring.

The lack of English was a bit of a challenge in terms of communication but it wasn't a major issue. the inn was located far from town, requiring transportation to get to any sightseeing spots or facilities.

The hotel is located in a remote area with a nice view over the forest and bay. If you're lucky, you might even see some eagles flying around. the breakfast is good, but not outstanding. Rooms are clean, but small and cramped. the public bath is nice, however, the onsen could be hotter.

The staff's ability to communicate in English is limited.

Spent Christmas at a traditional Japanese hotel nestled in the forest with a scenic view of the bay. The genuine atmosphere was an incredible experience. The hotel offers a public bath, which was a highlight of my stay. The freshly prepared breakfast was amazing, and the pick-up service helped me find the out-of-the-way location.

The language barrier was a challenge, I couldn't communicate easily with the staff because no English was spoken. Some areas of the hotel were a bit dated, such as the outside of the building;
